For my 11th dance, I wanted to dive into the world of ChaCha. The goal was to recreate a classic vintage atmosphere.
To set the scene, I drove around town scouting for the perfect location.

After much searching, I stumbled upon an Italian restaurant with a green-painted wall and some unique artwork on the side. I wasn’t sure if it matched the vibe I initially had in mind, but it felt right – and sometimes you just have to go with your gut!
One essential detail was finding cars that could pass as classic vintage rides. I asked around, and my hairstylist's brother and his neighbor owned a couple of cars that fit the bill.

I reached out, and to my delight, they agreed to bring their cars to the shoot. I was thrilled to see it all coming together!
On the day of the recording, the temperature soared past 100°F. It was incredibly hot, and after a few takes, you could clearly see how red my cheeks were in the video. I was parched, but the drive to finish the project kept me going. We recorded multiple takes to make sure everything looked just right.
To add more authenticity and vibe, I invited two friends, my hairstylist's brother and his neighbor, as well as my son to join in the background as part of the scene. They brought great energy to the shoot, helping to enhance the overall feel. I hope we managed to capture the essence of the moment and bring the vision to life!
I’m incredibly proud of how the video turned out, and it was another unforgettable memory in my dance journey. This experience reminded me of the beauty of collaboration and how small efforts from the people around you can make something truly special.
